Tour Santa Fé de Antioquia

Cross the South America longest tunnel in your way to this important town close to Medellin. Take the Palmitas cable car to have a view over the canyons, coffee and vegetable crops. Cross the “Puente de Occidente”, the largest wooden bridge in South America, which was constructed in 1886.

Morning activities

Enjoy breath-taking landscapes as you travel through the town of Jericó, a town that quintessentially represents Colombia coffee culture. In the afternoon

Spend your free time in hotel pool and walking around Cauca Viejo. The architecture is charming and there’s nothing better than watching a beautiful sunset from the main square.

Optional activities

You can choose between hiking to a waterfall or  visiting “Las nubes” natural reserve.

If you are feelling more adventurous a paragliding tamdem flight over the Cauca river will be delightfull.

Cartama Culture and Petroglyphs Tour

The town of Támesis, located near Jerico, has comfortable weather and was an early settlement for the indigenous Cartama people. Their history and cosmology is recorded on petroglyph carvings, spread over an 80 kilometer square area. Hike paths from the Cartama that date back to the Pre-Hispanic period, while admiring archeological features and enjoying the scenery.

In the afternoon

Choose between 5 different activities: white water rafting, rappelling, tubing, hiking, and spelunking. These activities vary, based on group interests and daily availability.

At night

Enjoy nightlife in Támesis village, where you can try aguardiente, a traditional alcoholic drink in a local “heladeria” bar.

Morning

Tour Santa Fé de Antioquia

This beautiful colonial town, just an hour from the city of Medellín, has a history dating back more than 400 years. Cartama Culture and Petroglyphs Tour

The town of Támesis, located near Jerico, has comfortable weather and was an early settlement for the indigenous Cartama people.  Their history and cosmology is recorded on petroglyph carvings, spread over an 80 kilometer square area. Hike paths from the Cartama that date back to the Pre-Hispanic period, while admiring archeological features and enjoying the scenery.
